The Basic Collection
Weekday Rental (Mon–Thurs): $150/hr (2-hour minimum)
Weekend Rental (Fri–Sun): $1,400 for 6 hours
(Event Set-Up & Event Breakdown MUST occur during this time period)
Includes:
• 6-Hour private venue access
• Up to 65 black foldable chairs
• 60" round or 8' rectangular tables
• Bar & kitchenette with mini fridge and cooler
• Signature grass accent wall
• Complimentary Wi-Fi
Note: This package does not include décor. Clients are responsible for setup and styling.
The Premier Collection
Weekday Rental (Mon–Thurs): $250/hr (4-hour minimum)
Weekend Rental (Fri–Sun): $2,100 for 6 hours
(Event Set-Up & Event Breakdown MUST occur during this time period)
Includes everything in the Basic Package, plus:
• Up-graded Crystal Chiavari chairs
• Cocktail tables with spandex covers
• Black or white tablecloths, runners, and napkins
• Charger plates and centerpieces
• Multicolor LED up-lighting
• Bluetooth sound system
Decorated & Ready: The venue is fully styled before your arrival.
The Deluxe Collection
Weekday Rental (Mon–Thurs): $350/hr (4-hour minimum)
Weekend Rental (Fri–Sun): $2,900 for 6 hours
(Event Set-Up & Event Breakdown MUST occur during this time period)
Includes everything in the Premier Package, plus:
• (8) buffet chafing dishes
• Formal porcelain dinnerware and glassware
• Elegant backdrop and pedestals
• Throne chair (white, black, or white & gold)
• 4-hour digital photo booth with event props
